Our last set features the dancer and circus artist Tank. Tank specializes in trapeze, fire eating, and foot juggling, although I’m not sure if she does these all at the same time. We had fun with this orange look, which Samantha did the hair and makeup.

After shooting our bridal look with Kasia Lo, we decided to have some fun with a geeky look. Kasia brought several sweater vests, a pair of browline glasses, and a red apple. Hair and makeup by Samantha Gribble.

‘Tis the season for nuptial nirvana, and we decided to celebrate with a bridal look of our own. Kasia Lo was kind enough to be our bride of honor. Samantha did a very classy and clean makeup, and a few beautiful updos. She is currently available for your bridal styling needs, so do not hesitate to contact her! She now offers airbrush makeup as well as cello and violin duet services. Special thanks to wardrobe and prop stylist Liz Klafeta for donating the dress!

We were super excited to work with the wonderful Ashley Pham again. You might remember her from one of our previous shoots for the NAHA competition. We enjoyed working with her a lot, and couldn’t wait to work with her again! Ashley brought us some Pocky, and some sweet Hello Kitty bling. Samantha did the hair and makeup. It was such a nice day out, we had to go out and shoot. We found some cool murals in Wicker Park that made a great back drop!

Although I expected much more dramatic results, I’m very happy, and feel like I’m in the best shape I have ever been. The workouts were indeed insane, especially after not exercising for a while, but the hardest part was eating 5 meals a day. Working out and eating fresh foods regularly while traveling was also very difficult, and I felt kind of bad for stomping around other people’s homes while visiting (sorry Patrick!).  But overall, it wasn’t as impossible to accomplish as I first thought, and I recommend it to anyone who needs to get into shape fast! I’m taking a week off to recoup, but I’m already missing my active lifestyle!

Of course I have to put a twist on it!

This shoot started off as a take on 40′s vintage glamour with model Chrystyne. However once we started playing with heart shaped glasses, this shoot took a fun turn towards a pretty in pink interpretation of Stanley Kubrick’s Lolita. Hair and makeup by the talented Samantha Gribble. Samantha recently won the ABS 2012 Stars Student Photo Contest! We hope this will lead to more opportunities and bigger and better photo shoots. Keep an eye out on her work!

We had a lot of fun working with Ashlee Carlson. Samantha gave her lots of fun braids and striking eye makeup, which for some reason evokes my childhood memories of the 80s. You can find the entire set on my Flickr stream here.

Today’s model is Kyra Bella. I love the turquoise makeup courtesy of Samantha. Turquoise is one of my favorite colors second to magenta which is also featured as her lipstick. What a great pairing! You can find the entire set on my Flickr stream here.
